For the last few months I’ve felt inspired to re-create this special Chocolate Fudge in a healthier organic way, and now…we have it.
The Soul Fire Holy Grail Chocolate Fudge. Made from 100% Raw Cacao Licor, Coconut Cream, Butter, Rapadura, Vanilla Extract, Raw Cocoa and Cinnamon.

How About The Autumn Cleanse…..?

Now is the time to renew the enzyme action in preparation for a cooler season with good circulation, immune and hormonal balance.
For those who find it difficult to give up coffee in a cleanse, this one is perfect to nip those cravings in the bud.
Spleen energy is important in a change of season. Physically, the Spleen is like a fuel reserve pump for body’s blood. In the most extreme condition, if we have an accident that results in high blood loss, the body will take the blood from the spleen to survive, therefore it needs to be good nutritious blood. It also plays a large roll in our immune system, especially in a change of season, and in Chinese Medicine it represents the Circulatory and Hormonal systems of balance, which are hugely affected in a season change. So lets be nourished and prepared. This drink contains all the nutrients we need in this time of change in preparation for the cooler months of the year, where the Spleen is most active to keep us warm and balanced through our circulation.
Here’s the recipe for the Soul Fire Chocolate Cleanse drink for Autumn mornings.
Ingredients:-
- Juice of one medium-large size lemon
- 3 Tablespoons of Raw Cocoa
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed or Hemp Seed oil
- ¼ Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey or C Grade Maple Syrup
- 1 Level Teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 Heaped Tablespoon of Hazelnuts (great if it is already mealed, otherwise a little soak in water overnight is good.
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Spirulina or Chlorella
- 100ml Purified/Spring water
- A piece of fruit that suits the turn of season. For Autumn, that is: Nectarine, Apricot, Pear, Plum. (NB – the fruit can be optional, but energetically I like to put it in).
