Recipe For The Soul Fire Nectar – Enzyme Enhancer
This sweet, gentle Nectar is a combination of ingredients which support enzyme functions in the body for the full uptake of nourishment and cellular activity.
Enzymes are catalysts of mostly proteins and ribnucleoprotein enzymes where the catalystic activity is in the RNA part rather than the protein part.
Enzymes bind temporarily to one or more of the reactants of the reaction they catalyse. In doing so, they lower the amount of activation energy needed and thus speed up the reaction. Ultimately, this means we can get more done with less energy output.
This combination is most beneficial to receive fresh each day.
Ingredients: –
Organic Raw Cocoa, 1/3 Cup or 3 Tablespoons
Macadamia nut (in meal form or finely chopped), ¾ Cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons
Honey, 3 Tablespoons
Coconut Milk/Cream, 1 can
Lemon Juice, 2 Tablespoon
Combine all ingredients and stir to make a smooth nectar consistency.
Pour over fruit, cereals and porridge.
